I bought this car in early 2005. It only has 76400 miles on it. I've never had a major problem with it though most of the typical things were replaced before I got it (heater core, timing and serpentine belts, fuel pump). It also had the exhaust replaced in '00 though I already had a small hole repaired due to WI winters. I use Mobil 1 synthetic and change my oil every 4k miles.
The turbo was rebuilt a year ago and within the last 8 months I had the antifreeze and tranny fluid flushed and filled.
Some other basic specs:
Automatic
2.3l 4 cylinder
Power windows, locks, mirrors, seats
Dark Green ext w/ tan leather seats
Moonroof
Now comes the catch. Despite being mechanically flawless the car doesn't really look that good. It has a severely dented driver side REAR door. It still opens and the window/locks still work, but frankly it looks like crap. Only this door is damaged, no dings to surrounding areas.
Also it has heated seats, but they don't work. I was told by a mechanic friend it could be fixed rather easily, but I never really found a need for heated seats and never got them fixed.
It could use new tires as well, though the ones on there now keep their air and are good for a few thousand more miles.
In Excellent condition this car Blue Books at $5000. This car is mechanically great, just needs a new door or some serious TLC on the current one... very low miles!
! EDIT ! I forgot to say I got the turn signal fixed since this picture was taken. It was smashed along with other people's in my neighborhood by some kids. For updated pic's email me. I'm also working on getting a new door, that would take the price up $300 because the whole car would be detailed and painted.
